Take the compatibility quiz
Complete a situational judgment assessment with 15 to 20 real childcare scenarios. The quiz evaluates your approach to safety, communication, structure, and cultural adaptability. There are no right or wrong answers.
Discover your compatibilities
Our AI analyzes your profile and quiz results to suggest your most compatible candidates. Each suggestion comes with a detailed compatibility score and an explanation of why you were suggested to each other.
Connect and message
Start a conversation with the profiles that interest you most. Messages are automatically translated between French, German, and English so language is never a barrier.
